Participation is confirmed only after written agreement and full payment.
Booth/stand allocation is determined by the organizer; the organizer has the final decision on space assignment.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, venue layout, or schedule.
Participation fees are non-refundable.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own materials and equipment.
These terms are governed by Monaco law.
