Return and Refund Policy

At CLINIMONT, our services are focused on organizing and coordinating medical tourism logistics. As such, we do not sell physical goods, and payments made are related to coordination services and non-refundable deposits required by our partner institutions.

General Principles

  • All payments made for service coordination are final and non-refundable.

  • Once an itinerary is confirmed, cancellation or modification fees may apply depending on the terms of our partner providers (e.g., hospitals, clinics, hotels).

  • CLINIMONT does not issue refunds for no-shows, missed appointments, or last-minute cancellations.

  • In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), each request will be evaluated individually. However, CLINIMONT does not guarantee reimbursement.

Request for Changes

  • If you need to change the date or details of your scheduled program, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling may incur additional charges based on the availability and conditions of partner institutions.
